I love this photo. The rays of sun shining through the clouds are so defined, and there is this awesomeness about the highlighted portions that almost makes the viewer hear Heavenly hosts singing praises or something else appropriately dramatic. My only word of caution woudl be that the darkness sort of weighs the photo down. However, this is just a personal preference. I certainly think the darkness adds to the drama of the photo overall, but - for me personally - a little less of the darker area would've been nice. It's still a great photo, though, and I'm glad you submitted it to our group!

What a stunning capture you have here! I truly love how you have managed to capture not only the beautiful lighting within the sky, but also the darkness of the clouds. I love how the photograph begins with the dark ebony clouds towards the top, and ends with the beautiful rays of the sun streaming towards the bottom of the photo! I believe this is a very powerful image that conveys the beauty of light and dark within the natural world. This is certainly a view I would love to be able to see every morning! It is a truly beautiful photograph!

Okay just a little massenge that your shot was featured in my journal [link]

It's seems like to be a fight of Darkness and Light in this one, that caotures my eyes. The dark and heavy clounds in the top of the picture rule the sky and the golden rays of light fights them with glory. ^___^ Breaking through the forces of the clounds and save the day from eternal darkness. :)

hehe okay I love to whiting stories, sorry for this little interprtation crap. But it's a wonderfull Image and I simply love it.
